Working in the international business world for over 30 years, has given him the skills in negotiation, mediation, and resolution of conflicts with his clients and his suppliers. By necessity, he managed conflicts between staff. He also became adept at negotiating terms and relationships between companies and their representatives, as well as within companies. Over the course of his career, Abdallah has had over 400 employees reporting to him, and on many occasions, he acted as an ombudsman, helping to reach agreements between employees during times of conflict.
Abe holds a bachelor degree in Aircraft Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University as well as a Mechanical Engineering degree from Midlands Technical College.
He received his formal training from MWI, one of the highest rated mediation agencies in the nation. His training is in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws ch.233 § 23C, as well as the Collaborative Practice neutral from IACP. Further he has been trained in various conflict resolution models, facilitations and negotiations, as well as, the sociocracy facilitation, interest based negotiations, inclusive listening, NVC, and long term care ombudsman training.
